  1. Authenticity - They are 100% guaranteed authentic.  All items are brand new with receipts and tags, purchased only from reputable USA stores.  Please feel free to authenticate your item at the local boutiques. 
  2. Refunds - All sales are final, no exchanges, no returns except if for some reason the item you want is out of stock. Only then will full refund be given.  Therefore, please look at the pictures and enquire for details of items before placing order. 
  3. Any discounts? - No.  All prices are nett because we set prices at the lowest we are able to sell, happy with only a modest margin. However we will only offer some discount (case by case basis) if the item arrives with some/little flaw like tiny scratch, which is still acceptable considering you are getting the item at real bargains. Please bear in mind that the prices are already inclusive of US sales tax, Malaysian tax, and shipping to your doorstep, and you are still getting the item cheaper than retail. We wish to help make your shopping experience quick and pleasant, and sincerely hope that you appreciate our honesty and integrity in our business dealings with you.
  4. Do you accept installments? Yes, installments (2 months) can be considered on a case by case basis. This is only applicable to buyers within Malaysia.  Please contact me for further information. 
  5. Delivery of items - We will not be held responsible for any item lost during shipping.   a) For ready stock item - All domestic shipping is done via a local courier company to ensure  safe delivery of your order.  Once full payment has been received, the item will be couriered to you the very next day. b) For pre-order item -  from the US it takes about 10-14 working days via USPS Priority Mail. Once the item reaches Malaysia, it will be subjected to inspection by the Royal Malaysian Customs. The custom clearance process usually takes about 1 week, but sometimes it can stretch to even 2 weeks depending on their workload. The impact on the delivery time is that there will be an additional 1-2 weeks that customs takes to process clearance for our packages. You will be updated on the progress of the delivery.
  6. International Shipping - We ship worldwide.  Please email us your location and will quote you accordingly.  We accept payment via Paypal, details of which will be given upon confirmation of order.  Installment payment do not apply to buyers outside of Malaysia.
  7. No request for COD  or self-collect will be entertained.
  8. All bags are inspected before being shipped to ensure they are in immaculate condition. However, please remember that we cannot control how Customs inspect the item when it arrives in Malaysia, and if the flaw is caused by them, this is beyond our control. For leather items, natural leather markings CANNOT be considered defects. If you are very particular about these, please purchase full-priced items from the local boutiques.
