1) I will reply your emails within 24 hours. Occassionally emails may go into the Spam Inbox, so please check there for my response.
If, however, you do not get any reply within 24 hours, kindly re-send your message and I will attend to you immediately.
2) For ready stock item, it will be despatched to you the day after proof of full payment has been received.
3) For pre-order item, we will help you source for the best bargain, and will quote you our price. If you are happy with it, then 50% non-refundable deposit is required as the item has to be ordered from USA. Once the proof of the 50% deposit has been received, we will proceed to order and the balance to be paid before delivery to your door-step.
Place your order only if you want to save money and are willing to wait. For impatient buyers, please do not order, because these bags take time to order and ship.
4) All bags will come with dustbags/paperbags and any relevant cards/booklets. Paper bags may need to be folded in order to fit into luggage/package.
5) For Malaysian buyers, payment is to be made to Maybank, the details for payment will be provided once order is confirmed. Proof of payment will be required. You can do this by:
(a) for payment via internet banking - Copy and email the receipt to me.
(b) for payment via ATM - Scan and email or fax to me (at 603-61573101) copy of the receipt.
6) For buyers outside of Malaysia, payment is to be made via Paypal (additional surcharge applies), details of which will be given upon confirmation of order.
